4. Orders & Payment
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method. All sales are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

5. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to deliver products within the estimated timeframes; however, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including logistics or customs procedures.  Bin Shiekh is not liable for delays or damages arising from shipping services. 

6. Returns & Refunds
 Bin Shiekh does not offer returns and for exchanges after delivery you need to pay 300 PKR for shipping charges. However, we do allow an option for inspection before payment (open parcel review). If you wish to avail this service, a shipping fee of 200 PKR will apply.

Customers must pay this shipping fee to have the parcel opened for inspection. Please note that once the payment is completed, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and designs, is the property of  Bin Shiekh and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of our content is strictly prohibited. 

8. Limitation of Liability
 Bin Shiekh is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. This includes damages related to product usage, website downtime, or inaccuracies in content.
