1. Order Processing
All orders placed on Bin Shiekh are subject to verification and acceptance. Once your order is confirmed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure timely delivery. Please ensure that all your details, including shipping address and contact information, are accurate to avoid delays.
2. Payment Methods
We accept multiple payment methods including online payment gateways and cash on delivery (COD), where available. Payments must be completed before your order is shipped. For the open parcel inspection option, a shipping fee of 300 PKR applies before payment.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship all products to locations within Pakistan. Delivery times may vary based on location, availability, and courier service. - Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. - Bin Shiekh is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping charges are applied at checkout. - For open parcel inspection before payment, a separate shipping fee of 300 PKR is required. - Customers are responsible for paying the shipping charges for this service.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to monitor the delivery status of your order.
6. No Returns
Please note that Bin Shiekh products are non-returnable and once payment is made. The only exception is the open parcel inspection before payment, which requires the shipping fee of 300 PKR. After payment, all sales are final.
7. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available for customers who wish to swap their product. Please note:
- A shipping fee of 300 PKR is applicable for exchanges.
- Exchanges can only be requested by contacting our customer support within 3 days of delivery.
- Exchanged products are subject to availability.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support immediately at officialbinshiekh@gmail.com with your order details and photos. We will address the issue on a case-by-case basis.
9. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details and ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel. Bin Shiekh is not liable for lost or undelivered orders due to incorrect address or unavailability.
