At Bin Shiekh , we are committed to providing high-quality hair care products. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Returns After Payment
All sales are final. Once payment has been completed, we do not accept returns for any reason. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing payment.

2. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available for customers who wish to swap their product. Please note:

  • A shipping fee of 300 PKR is applicable for exchanges.
  • Exchanges can only be requested by contacting our customer support within 3 days of delivery.
  • Exchanged products are subject to availability.

3. Open Parcel Inspection Before Payment
We offer an option to inspect the parcel **before payment** to ensure product satisfaction. If you choose this service:
  • You must pay a shipping fee of 300 PKR for the inspection.
  • The parcel can be opened to review the product condition before making payment.
  • Once payment is completed, this inspection option is no longer available.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support immediately at officialbinshiekh@gmail.com with your order details and photos. We will review the case individually and provide a solution where appropriate.

5. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel.  Bin Shiekh is not responsible for packages lost or damaged due to incorrect information or customer negligence.
